16:30–18:30 – Deep block 2
19:00–22:00 – Gym / friends / dinner / relax
22:30 – SleepSaturday
08:00–14:00 – Mega writing/blocked study day
14:00–23:00 – Full reward daySunday
09:00–12:00 – Light review + weekly planning

- Block all fixed commitments first (classes, work, sleep)
- Add 3 deep work blocks per day (max!)

- Fake deadlines 5–7 days earlier for every paper
- One “flex block” daily for unexpected assignments
- Friday after 6 p.m. = sacred offline time
- Batch all errands on one evening
- Protect two social evenings per week
- Review schedule every Sunday — adjust ruthlessly
- Track time for 3 days once per month — you’ll be shocked
